Return & Refund Policy – A Family Mart

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain products (e.g., cosmetics, personal care items, food, or clearance items) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Return Process

  3. Ship the product back to the address provided by our team (shipping costs for returns may apply).


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method or as store credit.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or wrong product, we will exchange it at no extra cost.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, you must follow the return process.
